Rebeka offers individual, relationship, and family therapy for ages 10 and up, via telehealth. She’s worked extensively with neurodivergent families, Latino immigrants, LGBTQIA+ youth and adults, and folks with chronic diseases.
Rebeka enjoys working with parents while navigating the challenges and gifts of neurodivergence, e.g. autism and ADHD. She likes to help clients through a sexual and gender identity questions and transitions. She also likes to help clients with chronic diseases figure out how to address disability as part of their identity, and better manage their health, through making the most of their resources and support systems while maintaining dignity and as much independence as possible.
Clients describe Rebeka’s approach as both nonjudgmental and forthright. She will encourage clients on their way to meeting their self-identified goals, using a variety of techniques, e.g. narrative and solution-focused therapies, motivational interviewing, and biofeedback.
Rebeka identifies as a white cisgender woman. In addition to a decade of experience as a therapist, she has worked as a birth doula, postpartum nurse, and chronic disease case manager. She lives with her wife and three children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and cooking with her family.
