Rebeka provides individual, relationship, and family therapy for clients ages 10 and up via telehealth. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent families, Latino immigrants, LGBTQIA+ youth and adults, and people living with chronic illness.
She especially enjoys supporting parents navigating the joys and challenges of neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD). Rebeka also works with clients exploring questions around sexual and gender identity or going through gender transitions. For those living with chronic disease, she helps clients integrate disability into their identity, build on their strengths, and find ways to manage health with dignity, independence, and strong support systems.
Clients often describe Rebeka’s style as warm, nonjudgmental, and straightforward. She encourages people to pursue their self-identified goals using a range of approaches, e.g. narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and biofeedback.
Rebeka identifies as a white, cisgender woman. Alongside more than a decade of clinical experience, she has also worked as a birth doula, postpartum nurse, and chronic disease case manager. She lives with her wife and their three children, and in her free time enjoys gardening and cooking with her family.
